Overview
Inclusicare is a digital care-management platform designed to streamline operations for disability support organizations and service providers delivering coordinated, compliant, and person-centered care. The platform centralizes core operational workflows, including staff scheduling and availability management, client profiles and assessments, document management, forms submission, reporting, and secure role-based access, into a single unified system. By automating documentation, enabling real-time notifications, and providing tailored dashboards for administrators, staff, and clients, Inclusicare reduces administrative overhead while improving transparency, compliance, and care coordination across disability support organizations.
As the Product Manager, I led the design and development of the Inclusicare software platform from product discovery through delivery, translating operational challenges in disability support services into scalable product solutions. I collaborated closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define the product vision, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and prioritize feature development through execution. I delivered key modules including scheduling and shift assignment, document verification and expiry tracking, role-based access control, client and service management, reporting and analytics, mobile access, and secure data handling, ensuring the platform is intuitive, secure, and aligned with regulatory and user needs.
The impact of Inclusicare extends beyond operational efficiency; it significantly improves daily experiences for caregivers, administrators, clients, and families through increased coordination. By reducing manual processes, enabling real-time coordination, and ensuring timely compliance through automated alerts and secure data handling, the platform empowers care teams to focus more on people and less on paperwork. Inclusicare has helped support organizations deliver more consistent, transparent, and outcome-driven care, ultimately contributing to improved service quality and better living experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Reflection
Inclusicare stretched me beyond my perceived limits as a Product Manager. Leading the platform from product discovery required not only product strategy and execution, but also empathy, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills. I learned to mediate between stakeholder expectations and engineering realities, resolve team conflicts constructively, and maintain delivery momentum without compromising quality or trust. Seeing the product solve users’ pain points delights me and reaffirms my commitment to building inclusive, impact-driven technology.
